Glowy & Glittery, Blush Drops

We’re acutely aware that most of you, especially those avid TikTok users, are up to date with the phenomenon that is the 10 Year Olds in Sephora, stock piling Drunk Elephant as if we were about to go into a mass shortage of their products.

Drunk Elephant, a female-founded North American beauty giant, has been catapulted to success in the last year especially, thanks to a young generation of beauty junkies spruiking their pricey products all over our social media feeds.

The neat little niche where Drunk Elephant have cemented their accolades, is the place where cosmeceutical skincare and makeup collide. Cue, their cult status Rosi Drops.

These liquidy, bronzy, deliciously glowy drops offer skincare benefits and a rosy tint all in one. Yes, a blush that promises to do more, and delivers on that.

The real deal from Drunk Elephant will set you back a cool $58 AUD, and the almost identical dupe from MCo Beauty? A chilly price of $25.60 AUD.

Don’t just take our word for it, here’s MCoBeauty customer, Gem.

“I was not expecting it to be so good !! It looks so gorgeous I’m never gonna stop gushing over this product.”

Golden & Bronzing, Bonzer Drops

Akin to the blushing drops mentioned above, Drunk Elephant is also best known for their very similar product, the D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops.

Taking the hard work (and the consequences) out of getting a tan, this fan-favourite product is formulated with a chronopeptide, which mimics the antioxidant benefits of vitamin D, plus a whole bunch of other goodies hand picked to balance to support a healthy skin barrier.

To finish, a concentrated mix of protective antioxidants boosts skin’s defence against pollution and environmental stressors, all delivered with a bronzy finish. You might recognise these drops from every single one of Alix Earle’s #GRWMs, or the 10 year olds from Sephora mixing these liquid bronze elixirs into their Drunk Elephant moisturisers.

What you may have missed? MCoBeauty have come up with their own antioxidant packed, bronzy drops, The Super Golden Glow Drops.

This skincare and makeup hybrid, allows you to feel like you are treating your skin whilst still wearing makeup. It works overtime to even skin tone such as dark spots and pigmentation, alongside a host of skincare benefits! Oh, and did we mention there is a $26 AUD price difference?

Creamy & Pillowy, Matte Lipstick

Speaking of iconic beauty products that helped a brand make a name for itself, we really cannot gloss (opposite pun intended) over the impact that Pillow Talk had on the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Pillow Talk, a shade of Tilbury’s Matte Revolution Lipsticks, is said to harness the perfect pinky shade of nude that is universally flattering. No matter the natural colour of your lips or your complexion, Pillow Talk should be revered as a go-to complementary shade for you!

Like many products coming out of the Charlotte Tilbury camp, Pillow talk comes with a premium price. Expect to pay a hefty $54 for this bullet of nudey perfection.

You knew it was coming! Allow us to introduce you to the MCoBeauty dupe to Pillow Talk. Coming in at well under half the price of the original, say hello to Crème Matte Luxe Lipstick.

Still boasting the same universally flattering colour profiles, matte formulation, luxe packaging and infusion of hydrating ingredients, but at a fraction of the price, there isn’t a reason why you shouldn’t be adding this dupe to cart.

Brow Sculpt & Lamination

This is not the first time we’ve spoken about the absolute adoration we have for the REFY brand.

This nifty and effective brow gel + combing tool first came into my life last year during a trip to New York. As someone who doesn’t require any help when it comes to the thickness of her brows, the dries-clear formula is exactly the consistency and finish I need.

The wax itself is quite thick and tacky, and ensures that if you like that laminated, stuck down look, the gel/wax hybrid has the hold to facilitate it. Yes, this product allows for the laminated look, without having to actually book in a treatment at the salon. That being said, this wondrous product that I have a lot of time and love for, does not come in *super cheap*.

The REFY Brow Sculpt will set you back $30, and you have to fork out some pretty hefty shipping to get it here to Australia, too.

What won’t cost you as much? MCoBeauty’s dupe, the Brow Laminate Sculpt & Set. This unique and innovative formula, a flawless fusion of gel and wax, keeps brows firmly in place all day long, while allowing you to style and set any brow look, from natural and fluffy to laminated and bold. Only $24!

Age-Repairing Serum

Last, but certainly not least, this latest launch from our clever friends over at MCoBeauty is pure GENIUS!

If you’re a lover of the Estée Lauder brand, then chances are you’re privy to the power of their Advanced Night Repair Serum. Coined as ‘the world’s #1 serum’, which might well be the case, and if it’s not, it’s certainly the brands #1 serum, this elixir is a powerhouse in age-management and hydration.

The formulation within the iconic brown bottle harnesses the restorative power of the night. This deep and fast-penetrating face serum, with exclusive, patented 1-in-60 million Tripeptide-32, reduces the look of multiple signs of aging. With the ANR serum expect your skin to look smoother and less lined, younger, healthier—more radiant and even toned.

Whilst the ANR’s efficacy is proven for the skin’s betterment, the price-tag might not be as welcoming. Expect to fork out between &145 to $242 for Estée Lauders Advanced Night Repair.

Our MCoBeauty dupe, the Age Resist Miracle Anti-Aging Repair Serum, is a powerful ally in your quest for youthful skin. This concentrated serum is specially formulated to address multiple signs of aging, from fine lines to dullness, and promote a smoother, firmer, and more vibrant complexion that exudes confidence and vitality.
