A personal favourite this season and top of my wishlist for the festive period are the Gucci Slingback Embellished Kitten Heels. This iconic design by Gucci is a rerun of a design that was popular in the Tom Ford era of the fashion house, and have design elements that subtly celebrate the 90’s and naughties. Diamonties and crystal G on the heel aside, these glitzy shoes just as easily dressed down as they can be dressed up. Pair the micro heeled Guccis with some light denim and you’ve got yourself a fabulous Saturday brunch or gallery look.
For something a little less glitzy and a little more demure, this kitten heel iteration from our friends over at Toteme are a big YES! The elongated point, the simplicity and (of course) the tiny heel, all make sure this pair of shoes is at the top of the chic list! The greatest thing is that they can accompany you from day to night and your feet won’t be hating you by the end of it.

If you’re eager to jump into the ultra chic world of the kitten heel and don’t want to fork out over a grand, then allow us to to introduce some mid-market masterpieces, that will set you back between $500 and just under $1,000.

Purchasing in line with the chrome trend that is sweeping the world thanks to Beyoncés Renaissance tour, these ultra futuristic and shiny iterations from The Iconic’s private label, DAZIE, are a big yes. The Penelope Slingback Kitten Heel is the perfect balance of fun and wearable, and we’re big, big fans.
In what can only be described as drawing it’s design inspiration from the iconic flats from Ganni, these denim kitten heels from Stradivarius are giving Scandinavian cool chic, and we’re here for it! They would pair excellently with a feminine and flouncy summer dress or some black leather trousers for something a little edgier.
For a dupe of the viral Jimmy Choo that one Miss Hailey Bieber has been spotted wearing all summer long, these Wittner Katalina Leather Kitten Heel Sandals certainly do the trick!
