The urge to dress in as much colour as possible is something we all feel around this time of year. And it’s easy to see why.

The sun is finally shining, new growth is sprouting, flowers are blooming, and winter has, once again, released us from its grasp.

When we think of floral shirts, Hawaiian shirts come to mind, the classic dad on holiday look. But the ‘dad style’ we once cringed at is 2021 fashion goals.

Beyond the obvious shirt and shorts combo, flower-covered socks or flamboyant floral sneakers are the perfect additions to your spring outfit.

Florals are as tied to spring as hayfever and horse racing, and wearing floral patterns at the end of a long winter can brighten your mood and make you feel good, just like the blooms they’re modelled after.
