Discover the carefree spirit of Scandinavian dressing with Danish label, Ganni. Gallerist Frans Truelsen established Ganni in 2000 by specialising in cashmere sweaters. By 2009, Nicolaj Reffstrup and his wife Ditte took the company over and transformed it into the ready-to-wear brand we know and love today.
The brand’s colourful, fun and effortlessly cool pieces are well-loved by many of the world’s most popular style IT girls, including Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce and Emili Sindlev. Each design features playful prints, vibrant colours, and a simple take on a classic for a relaxed and fun take on wardrobe staples. In 2014, Catherine Saks and Babara Potts launched a brand inspired by Copenhagen life, Carolyne Bessette-Kennedy, Danish nature, and their personal experiences. Saks Potts captures a 90s minimalism and modernism to create fun, contemporary women’s wear that fits any wardrobe.
Saks Potts has been worn by Maggie Gyllenhaal, The Crown Princess of Denmark, Meryl Streep, Lady Gaga, and Rosalia, to name a few. The ROTATE brand was founded in 2018 by Jeanette Madsen and the influencer Thora Valdimars in partnership with Birger Christensen as a concept store. This brand has taken the world by storm and combines femininity, nostalgia, decadence, and eroticism in its sexy minidresses and covetable pieces. ROTATE was created to meet women’s needs for party dresses and fun contemporary clothing. Its designs incorporate signature scandi style elements from the ’80s, including sequins, bows, fringe details and voluminous silhouettes. It also includes fun patterns, rainbow palettes, and oversized looks reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s with a modern twist.
ROTATE joined the Web 3 space and has been making even more waves in cyberspace since the 2022 Copenhagen Fashion Week for the spring/summer 2023 season, where the vibrant flame print Theresa dress was translated into NFT format.
